The description gave hope that this book might be somewhat more intellectual than what might be expected from the free or 99-cent selections but soon degenerated into nothing more than a series of tawdry, gratuitous, mind-numbingly predictable sex scenes with nothing in between to to convince the reader that the book was not a sheer waste of the purchase price. Downloaded the sample and was hooked. I agree some parts are bit cringing but otherwise a decent read. Well worth a look
This is a decent longer read. There are a lot of characters, and the style of jumping timelines was a bit challenging. A few times I felt I needed crib sheets to keep track.
There is not a lot of sex and what there is, is appropriate.
Many characters are not nice, but that makes this a better story.
